Week 11 21/6/10 This is our last week in year 4! There are lots of special things going on this week. The year 6 graduation will take place on Monday morning instead of Assembly. The children will also get an opportunity to watch the year 6 production. To celebrate the end of the school year, we will be having a small party on Thursday afternoon. We will be watching a movie and eating some treats - the children do not need to bring in any extra food but they should still bring in their snack and lunch. Reminder about class and library books: All books should be returned to school by Wednesday 23rd June at the latest, so they can be organised for the new school year. This week in class, we will finish reading Kensuke's Kingdom. The children will be looking at Japanese artists and producing their own line drawings. In maths we will be revising concepts which have been covered throughout the year, including mental calculations, data handling and measuring.
