Every ESF School is supported by their own School Council, which acts as a critical friend to the Principal and Senior Management Team (SMT) of the School. Together the team ensures Glenealy complies with policies and has high standards in the various areas it oversees. Eg Facilities, finance, staffing etc. Equally as important is the School Council’s role in ensuring the school is meeting the needs of its community by ensuring appropriate and forward thinking strategic planning and allocation of resources. The School Council meets 6-7 times per year and works with the SMT to provide the very best for the students in its care.
